OPEN DAY .. page one

Thanks to Hugh and Helen Faris and Family, stud breeders who arrived by coach from QLD, and others who had driven from Southern QLD on Saturday 28th January, were treated to a lovely lunch which was very well received. A great day was spent inspecting their cattle, many of whom had small calves at foot and appeared unperturbed at the presence of so many strangers at close proximity. The day was followed by a dinner at the Narrabri RSL, where all diners had a great night of fellowship, fun and frivolity.
Much excitement was generated in discussion on the return trip on the coach and all indicated it was a very worthwhile expedition which gave much insight to the strengths of the "IVANHOE" Stud dispersal.
A special "thank you" to our driver, Dean, from POLLEY'S COACHES, Gympie, who joined the fun, looked after us well and helped organise our roadside morning teas.
Below are some candid photos of the trip.
